Auction Closing
This item is scheduled to close at 6:00 PM CST on Thursday, November 5th unless the auto-extend feature is activated.This auction features auto bid extend.

When a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes of the lot's closing time, bidding will automatically extend 2 additional minutes. This process will continue until no further bids are placed within a 2-minute time frame.

Registration & Payment Authorization
A valid credit card is required to register and bid. We may place a $1.00 temporary authorization on your card to verify validity. This authorization typically drops off within 10 business days, depending on your bank.

By registering and bidding, you agree that you fully intend to pay for and remove the item won within the stated pickup period.

If your payment is declined for any reason, your invoice may be subject to a $5.00 declined card fee.Unpaid invoices may result in your account being permanently blocked, and your non-payment status may be shared with other HiBid auction sites.

Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax
A 15% Buyer's Service Fee will be added to the winning bid.
Wisconsin / Brown County sales tax (5.5%) applies unless a valid tax-exempt form is on file prior to bidding.

Item Descriptions & Inspections
We strongly encourage in-person inspection during preview times, when available. If no preview is offered, bidders agree to bid accordingly.
The item is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and is presumed untested unless otherwise noted.
You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. On rare occasions, an incorrect photo may be displayed. Always rely on the title and description when bidding.
Titletown Auction Company does not test items for genuineness.

Shipping & Local Pickup
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.
The buyer is solely responsible for arranging transportation and removal of the trailer. We can assist with coordination with a transport company if needed. The buyer will have 14 calendar days following the auction closing to arrange for and complete pickup. Pickup must be scheduled in advance with Titletown Auction Company.

Payment & Deposit Requirement
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card on file following the auction closing.
The remaining balance must be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check or Bank Wire.
The item will not be released until the invoice is paid in full.

Pickup, Abandonment & Storage
The trailer must be picked up within 14 calendar days following the auction closing. Pickup must be arranged in advance with Titletown Auction Company.
Items not picked up by the stated deadline will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and may be resold to satisfy storage, handling, or administrative costs.
If you are unable to pick up the trailer within the stated period, you must contact us prior to the pickup deadline to make arrangements.

AS-IS / WHERE-IS Terms
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults.
No implied or express warranties.
Descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed.
Bidder inspection is encouraged if preview is available.
By placing a bid, the bidder signifies they have examined the item to their satisfaction or have chosen not to do so.
Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.

Risk, Liability & Removal
Full payment must be made before the item leaves the premises. Merchandise becomes the buyer's responsibility at the time of purchase, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage.
Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the bidder or their agents and agrees to hold Titletown Auction Company, the client/consignor, property owner, and their respective officers, agents, and employees harmless from any injury, loss, or damage incurred on the auction premises.

Technical Issues
In the event of a system failure or technical issue, Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to pause, cancel, extend, or reopen the auction.

2023 Wells 3-Stall Shower Trailer w/ Wheelchair Ramp - Used only once per CO. Very nice condition. Includes Clear Wisconsin Title. VIN: 7K61E2012PH000152. NOTE: Rear door was blown open while towing company transported it. There is some damage pictured on the last few images. Hand rail is loose, door closer pulled off wall, handleset damaged, and some damage to the door.
