It is very helpful if you schedule a time to avoid creating a backup. Please plan accordingly knowing these times as this a private residence and THERE ARE NO HOLDS AND NO ALTERNATIVE PICK UP DAYS. Please don't risk losing your account by bidding and not paying/picking up. Refunds are not given due to forgetting to pick up. THIS IS A NO SHIPPING AUCTION, however, some small items may be considered to ship.
