SIDES OF ROAD ARE DANGEROUS AND THERE ARE LARGE DITCHES ON BOTH SIDES. PARK WITH CAUTION. GARAGE AND SHED ITEMS ARE HALF PRICE ONLY This is an amazing large sale in Voorheesville / Clarksville area. House, shed and two story garage. Owner had a bar at one time so there is a lot of bar and resturant equipment. There is construction supplies such as tub and shower, wire, windows, rebar, small trailer. Equine equipment such as bridles, tack and saddles. Lawn tools and garden supplies, Household kitchen items as well as vintage kitchen potter. Hall in particular. Nice adirondack style pottery like new. Wades. Some furniture, televisions, lamps, hot tub in house. Clothing. Mens and womens small to medium, shoes size 7-7.5. Comics, band posters and autographs. Christmas vintage and new. Some sewing. CD's, cassettes, DVDs and books Please do not message me asking for prices. I won't be able to remember accurately. I don't want to mislead you. I do not do lists or numbers. Cash is prefered but I do except credit card and venmo. I will not sell items pictured prior to sale so please do not ask. Parking on road is not advised and if you do, it is at your own risk. We will help you find parking on property. Cass Hill is very curvy so travel with care. Estate has many stairs and uneven property so please explore with caution and care. We will have two check out areas, one at garage and one in house so please be prepared to split up your purchases. We look forward to having a wonderful weekend and seeing you all there. |
