Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control.
Auction Terms & Conditions: By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality.
There are lots in this auction that can be shipped (as noted on each lot) however we ask you call first to verify that lots you wish to bid on can be shipped if you need. Please review shipping terms for more detailed shipping information.
All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday November 13th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041 during posted pick up times without exception.
Any invoice not paid by the end of scheduled pick up times will have thier invoice total including all fees charged to the credit card you have on file. Buyer will be given 7 days to make pick up arrangements or the items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage fees.
If payment has not been made or other arrangements have not been made by Friday November 13th, 2026 @ 4:00pm, or the card you have on file is declined, your account will be blocked from future bidding until all open invoices have been satisfied including a $35 reinstatement fee. This policy is strictly followed.
Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction as well as 6% MI Sales Tax.

Special Firearm Purchase Auction Terms
All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase.
New Michigan Firearms Laws require buyers of all firearms including handguns and long guns to have a valid Michigan Concealed Pistol Licenese (CPL) or a Michigan Firearms Purchase License that may be obtained from your local law enforcement agency. You must have a Firearms Purchase License for each firearm purchased and must present this license at the time of purchase to us when you pick up and pay for your firearm. The only exception is if you have a valid Michigan CPL. If you do not have a CPL or Michigan Firearms Purchase License to present on the day of pick up your firearm will NOT be transfered to you however you are still required to pay for your firearm by end of scheduled pickup time for the auction. We will provide a 14 day grace period for you to aquire the purchase license starting on the day the firearm was paid for. Be advised that failure to aquire a purchase license does NOT constitute a valid reason for refund of purchase price.
Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before ATF background check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $25 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all long gun firearm sales and a $35 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. Please contact us or see our firearm shipping policies before bidding.
All firearms can be shipped but only to a valid FFL dealer (NO EXCEPTIONS). Buyer is responsible for finding a dealer in thier area. There is a $5.00 transfer fee charged to the buyer for dealer to dealer transfers. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs including actual cost plus packing & handling fees. We only ship firearms through USPS Priority or Ground Advantage Mail.

All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for this auction and everything must be picked up by Friday as our business will be closed the entire weekend following the auction.
