Bidding Registration: We manually approve all new bidders, which may result in a delay, possibly of several hours, between registration and your ability to place bids, especially for registrations made overnight or on weekends. The "approval" simply means that your credit card address matches your billing address, that you are a local bidder, and that you haven't previously lost your bidding privileges for non-payment / not picking items up from a previous sale. Please do not wait until the last minutes to register, we may miss you before the auction begins.

Registration Confirmation: If you're registering with an address that's more than 2 hours or so drive away, please call us to confirm your ability to pick up items and you acknowledge that we generally do not offer any form of shipping, otherwise your account will remain in a "pending approval" state.

Bidding Schedule:

Closing Date: Bidding will end on Wednesday, October 21st.
The first 3 lots will start closing at 6 pm, with 3 lots closing each minute afterward.
Bids placed within 3 minutes of an item's end time will extend the countdown by an additional 3 minutes.

Items can be picked up:

Friday, October 23rd between 10 am and Noon. (open pick-ups, no appointments are required)

Saturday, October 24th between 10 am and Noon (open pick-ups, no appointments are required)

If you don't get an invoice from your email, you can also access your invoice via the Account Menu.

Item Condition: Everything is sold "As-Is." We do not authenticate or guarantee any item. Typically, we lay items out on a table and take a few photos. We rarely attempt to start gasoline engines, or plug electronic items in. We do not extensively inspect for damage or missing parts. If an item is listed as "tested ok" or "works" it means it passed basic functionality tests but not full testing. If a lot says "Guaranteed", we will honor with return and bid reimbursement for errors. Otherwise, assume items have not been tested in any capacity.

Payment, Fees, and Taxes:

There is a 5% Buyer's Premium fee added to all bills paid with a credit card, there are NO BUYER'S PREMIUMS on cash payments!

Checks are not accepted without prior approval.

6% Sales Tax will be collected where applicable. 

Credit Cards will be charged for items not picked up. Those items may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion. - In the past, we had not really been falling through on charging cards for abandoned items. We are going to charge for items not picked up by the end of pick ups.

Shipping: Please note that we do not offer in-house shipping; items are for local pickup only. Please do not register if you require shipping.
