After the auction ends, all buyers must make an appointment to pick up their items. If items are not removed at the indicated time, Lost and Found Treasures may confiscate them and/or charge them additionally. ByGARTO does not provide workmanship, tools, equipment or assistance of any kind for the removal of purchased items. Buyers are solely responsible for providing the labor, tools and equipment needed to safely and appropriately remove their items. Buyers acknowledge that items may be located on different floors or areas of the auction venue. By participating in this auction, buyers expressly assume all risks related to access to the premises and the removal of purchased items. Buyers agree that Lost and Found Treasures, its owners, agents and representatives will not be liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage to persons or property that occurs on the premises, whether through negligence or any other cause.
