By registering and bidding in this auction, bidders agree to the terms and conditions of the sale.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, and available information before placing a bid.

All bids are final. Once a bid is placed, the bidder is responsible for that bid in accordance with the auction terms.

A Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid price of each lot. Applicable sales tax will be charged unless the purchaser has provided valid documentation establishing a tax exemption.

Payment is due following the conclusion of the auction in accordance with the payment instructions provided by aTagSale.

This is an online-only auction. Lots will close according to the posted auction schedule and soft-close settings.

Local pickup will be at aTagSale in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, during the designated pickup dates and times. Buyers are responsible for providing any labor, tools, packing materials, and transportation necessary to remove their purchases unless otherwise stated.

Winning bidders are responsible for payment regardless of whether purchases are picked up. Buyers picking up during the first designated pickup period may pay by cash or card in person. Any unpaid invoices remaining after the first designated pickup day will be charged to the bidder's credit card on file.

Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup periods require prior arrangements with aTagSale. Items remaining seven (7) calendar days after the final scheduled pickup date may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold without refund.

Shipping is available only when specifically indicated or arranged in accordance with the auction's shipping terms.

aTagSale reserves the right to correct listing errors, withdraw lots when appropriate, reject or remove bids when permitted under the auction rules, and resolve bidding or administrative issues in accordance with the auction platform's terms.

Additional payment, pickup, shipping, and other auction-specific requirements may apply as stated in individual lot descriptions or auction information. Winning bidders are responsible for payment regardless of whether they pick up their purchases.
