ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday Nov. 6th, through 4:00pm (begins to close) Tuesday Nov. 10th. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 2 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30pm MT.

---PAYMENT---

We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. *Credit Card transactions may be limited by dollar amount and a wire transfer requested at our discretion for shipping purchases. We will not charge over $900 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer. *

PAYMENT TERMS FOR GOLD PURCHASES: Effective September 1, 2026, all purchases of gold through Bradeen Auctions must be paid by CASH, CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. Credit cards and debit cards will NOT be accepted for any gold purchases. Payment must be received and cleared, when applicable, before any gold items will be released to the purchaser. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to hold merchandise until funds have been verified. By bidding on any lot containing gold, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIREARMS

You must be 21 years of age and a resident of the State of South Dakota to purchase any pistols, OR you will need to ship to and transfer through an FFL dealer in the state which you are a current resident of.

Firearms must be PAYED IN FULL before pickup. No additional fees if possession is taken during scheduled settlement.

IF YOU PURCHASE ONLINE AND ARE UNABLE TO TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR FIREARM(S) IN PERSON BY THE END OF SCHEDULED SETTLEMENT DAY, YOUR FIREARMS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO FFL DEALER "GUN VAULT LLC" OF EDGEMONT SOUTH DAKOTA AND BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:

--SHIPPING--

All firearm shipping will be handled by the Gun Vault of Edgemont South Dakota. Call or email Gun Vault to arrange shipping for your firearm/s after the scheduled settlement.

When you call or email, please be prepared to provide contact information for your receiving FFL dealer if shipping is required.

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except currency & titled lots.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout.

You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration.

You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.


---REGISTRATION---

A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.

---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---

We do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.

1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.

2.) Minimum $25 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.

3.) Shipping Requests: When requesting shipping, please exercise caution and ensure you understand the process outlined below. For the majority, any small to medium sized, durable items our team packages and ships in house with a minimum of $25.00 handling fee plus shipping. Fragile or unique items will be shipped via third-party services such as UPS, FedEx, or similar providers. Cost Example: Packaging and shipping a neon beer light through UPS may cost between $250.00 and $500.00.
