* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by the auctioneer.
* Buyer Premium is 18% on ALL online bidding. The buyer's premium is added to the winning bid amount and is payable by the successful bidder.
* Bidder inspection is strongly encouraged. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to determine the exact condition, authenticity, age, completeness, functionality, and suitability of each item prior to placing a bid.
* All descriptions, photographs, and representations are believed to be accurate and are provided in good faith. However, neither Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services nor the seller makes any warranties or guarantees regarding the property, including but not limited to descriptions, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, or merchantability. Descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for personal inspection.
* By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have examined the item to their satisfaction or have voluntarily elected not to personally inspect the item and accept the associated risks.
* By placing a bid through this website, the bidder enters into a legally binding agreement and agrees to complete the purchase of any item on which they are the successful bidder. All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn once submitted, except as permitted by applicable law or authorized by the auctioneer. Failure to complete a purchase, refusal to pay, or failure to collect purchased merchandise may result in additional fees, recovery of damages, resale of the merchandise, and suspension or permanent revocation of bidding privileges on HiBid. Any payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically release the bidder from their contractual payment obligations. The auctioneer reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid, deny bidder approval, withdraw any lot, or suspend or terminate bidding privileges at our discretion, subject to applicable law and the terms of the auction.
* Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services is a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer. All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws and regulations. Winning bidders must complete all required firearm transfer paperwork, including ATF Form 4473 and applicable NICS background checks, before taking possession of a firearm, unless a legal exemption applies. Applicable firearm transfer fees may apply. Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services does not accept firearm sales to residents of New York or California. Out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to a properly licensed FFL Dealer in the buyer's state of residence. Additional shipping, handling, and transfer fees will apply. Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable firearm laws in their state and locality before bidding. No firearm will be released or shipped until all required legal procedures have been satisfied.
* Applicable sales tax will be collected on taxable purchases at the legally required state and local rates. If you are tax exempt, you must ensure that your valid tax exemption documentation is submitted to and approved by Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services prior to the close of the auction. Exemption documentation submitted after the auction closes may not be accepted.
* Types of payment accepted are Zelle Pay, Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), ACH Payment, and Wire Transfers. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Zelle payments are payable to lonewolfeas@gmail.com or 469-595-1384.
* The credit card used during registration WILL BE CHARGED for the full invoice amount, including the winning bid amounts, buyer's premium, applicable sales tax, and any applicable fees, at the conclusion of the auction for invoices totaling $500.00 or less, unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by the auctioneer.
* All invoices totaling more than $500.00 will be charged a $250.00 deposit to the credit card on file. This deposit will be applied toward the invoice balance. The remaining balance must be paid by Cash (at the auction house), Zelle Pay, ACH Payment, or Wire Transfer. Please follow the payment instructions provided in the email accompanying your winning invoice. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the sale.
* All invoices must be paid within 2 calendar days following the close of the auction. Invoices remaining unpaid due to declined credit card transactions or other payment failures may be subject to applicable late fees as disclosed in the auction or invoice payment instructions. Invoices remaining unpaid after 7 calendar days may be canceled, and the merchandise may be offered for resale. The bidder's account may be marked as a failure to pay, and all bidding privileges may be revoked from HiBid.
* All items MUST be picked up on the specific dates and during the designated times listed for each auction. Items not picked up by the close of business on the final scheduled pickup date will incur a $10.00 per calendar day storage fee until collected or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
* All property must be removed immediately during the date(s) and time(s) specified in the auction pickup instructions. Buyers are responsible for bringing all necessary help, tools, equipment, boxes, packing materials, and transportation required to safely remove their purchases. Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services staff are not responsible for loading or removing purchased merchandise unless expressly stated in the auction listing.
* We are NOT a storage facility. Any items remaining uncollected for 7 calendar days following the final scheduled pickup date may be considered abandoned and may be resold, disposed of, or otherwise handled as permitted by applicable law. The bidder's account may be marked as a failure to pick up, and all bidding privileges may be revoked from HiBid. Any applicable storage, removal, or disposal charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.
* Winning items will ONLY be released during the designated pickup dates and times listed for each auction. No exceptions will be made unless prior arrangements have been approved by the auctioneer.
* Shipping is available for eligible smaller lot items that can be safely packaged and shipped through UPS. Larger, oversized, fragile, or otherwise unsuitable items may be designated as local pickup only. Buyers of items requiring specialized shipping must independently arrange for a qualified third-party shipper to collect and transport their purchases. Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services will NOT arrange third-party shipping services. Firearm shipments are subject to the applicable FFL shipping and transfer requirements.
* Items requiring shipping may be subject to additional handling, packaging, and shipping fees. All applicable shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
* For your protection, items will ONLY be shipped to the verified shipping address listed on the buyer's invoice. Any requested address changes must be approved by Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services and may require additional verification.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reopen an auction or individual lots in the event of website interruptions, software malfunctions, technical difficulties, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity or fairness of the auction.
* No sales, trading, bartering, or private transactions involving ANY auction merchandise are permitted on the premises at any time without prior authorization from Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services. This policy will be strictly enforced.
* Without limiting any other remedies available, Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any bidder's use of bidder services and bidding privileges at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
* Bidder registration and account information are collected and processed through the online auction registration platform, including HiBid/AuctionFlex. Information provided during registration, including bidder contact and payment information, may be made available to Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services for auction administration, bidder verification, invoicing, and payment processing. We do not sell bidder information to third-party advertisers. Information may be shared with payment processors and service providers as necessary to complete transactions and administer auction services.
* This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its choice or conflict of law principles. Any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kaufman County, Texas, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The prevailing party in any action to enforce this Agreement may recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs where authorized by applicable law.
* By registering for and/or placing a bid on any item, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional auction-specific terms, disclosures, and announcements made by the auctioneer.
* All announcements made by the auctioneer before or during the auction, whether written or verbal, take precedence over any conflicting descriptions, advertisements, or previously published statements, subject to applicable law.
