Registration

A valid credit card is required to register. By registering and bidding, you agree to these terms and confirm that you intend to pay for and collect, or arrange shipping for, every lot you win. Serious bidders only. Neil's Online Auctions may approve or decline any bidder at its discretion.

Auction Close

Bidding ends Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Lots begin closing at 6:00 PM ET and close in sequence. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email after the auction closes. All lots start at $5 with no reserve, except where noted in the lot description.

Buyer's Premium & Tax
An 18% buyer's premium is added to each winning bid.
6% Michigan sales tax applies unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is on file before the auction closes. Shipped orders are taxed according to the destination's rules.
Payment
Invoices of $2,000 or less will be charged in full to the credit card used to register, after the auction closes.
Invoices over $2,000 must be paid by wire transfer or Zelle. Payment instructions will be sent with your invoice.
We may require payment by wire transfer on any invoice, at our discretion.
If your card is declined, we will send a separate invoice you can pay with another card.
Full payment is required before any item is released or shipped.
By bidding, you agree not to initiate chargebacks on purchases made under these terms.
Preview

Inspection is encouraged. Preview is available Thursday through Saturday, November 5-7 & 12-14, 12�4 PM, at our Holly, Michigan facility. Preview appointments on other days are available by request at info@neilsauctions.com or 248-382-8053. Additional photos and video are available on request.

Pickup

Pickup is available Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 12�4 PM, on November 19-21 & 24, 25, 28. Items not picked up by 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 28th will be considered abandoned and become the property of Neil's Online Auctions, with no refund. Items become the buyer's responsibility at the close of the auction, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage while items await pickup.

Shipping
Neil's Online Auctions ships in-house. Shipping and packing charges are invoiced separately after the auction closes.
Orders typically ship within 7�10 business days after shipping is paid, occasionally longer during high volume.
All shipments are insured for the full invoice value. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging.
Large, heavy or fragile lots, including the drum kit, oversized artwork and vintage audio equipment, may require freight or a custom quote, or may be pickup only. These lots are marked in their descriptions.
International shipping is available. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees, and for knowing any import restrictions in their country.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once a shipment is handed to the carrier.
Provenance

Condition & Warranty
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults and with no express or implied warranty.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Electronics are untested unless the description says otherwise.
No description or statement by Neil's Online Auctions, its staff or the consignor is a warranty.
By bidding, you confirm that you have inspected the item to your satisfaction or have chosen not to.
Auction Rights

Neil's Online Auctions may reject any bid, divide or combine lots, withdraw lots, and correct listings before lots begin closing. If the bidding system fails or a technical error occurs, we may cancel, extend or reopen bidding on affected lots.

Nonpayment

Lots not paid for by the payment deadline may be resold. The defaulting buyer is responsible for any resale costs, collection costs and losses that result, and may be barred from future auctions.

Liability on Premises

Buyers are responsible for any injury or property damage they or their agents cause while on our premises. Buyers agree to hold Neil's Online Auctions, its owners and its staff harmless for any injury or damage that occurs during preview or pickup.

Email Communications

By registering, you agree to be added to the Neil's Online Auctions mailing list for auction announcements and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Text Message (SMS) Communications
Auction-related texts: By registering, you agree that Neil's Online Auctions may send text messages to the mobile number on your account about your bids, invoices, payments, pickup scheduling and shipping.
Promotional texts: We send texts about upcoming auctions and featured items only to bidders who have separately opted in. Consent to promotional texts is not required to register, bid or buy.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
