PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING!

By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions or are unsure about any portion of these terms, please ask for clarification BEFORE placing a bid. Once a bid is placed, you are responsible for understanding and abiding by these terms.

1. REGISTRATIONProper and complete online registration is required to participate in bidding. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, any additional terms announced for a specific auction, and all applicable rules of the online bidding platform.

The auction company reserves the sole discretion to determine who may or may not participate in an auction.

IMPORTANT: HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders, modify bidder accounts, or manage the registration process. We utilize a third-party online auction platform and do not control its registration procedures. Any registration issues must be addressed through the platform.

2. ITEM CONDITIONS � AS IS, WHERE ISALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS." ALL SALES ARE FINAL!There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks, or refunds.It is the bidder's sole responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value, completeness, and any other factors that may influence a purchasing decision.

All descriptions and photographs are provided as a general guide only. HGWTllc does not claim to be an expert in every category of merchandise. Any descriptions, opinions, or assessments provided are based on our observations and should not be considered guarantees or statements of fact.

We strongly encourage bidders to carefully review all descriptions and photographs. If you have specific questions about an item, please contact us by email or arrange a preview before bidding. Do not hesitate to ask questions if something is unclear.

HGWTllc is not responsible for errors such as incorrect photographs being posted for an item. In the event that a lot description and photograph conflict, the written description shall take precedence.

The bidder is the sole judge of an item's value, condition, and suitability for their intended purpose.

Damages and defects observed at the time of listing have been identified when possible. However, ordinary wear and tear, including common nicks, scratches, scuffs, and signs of use, may not be individually noted in the description.

3. PAYMENTInvoices totaling less than $1,000 will automatically be charged to the credit card on file unless prior arrangements have been made with HGWTllc.Invoices totaling $1,000 or more must be paid using one of the following approved payment methods:

Cash
Wire transfer
Credit card, with matching identification presented in person

All invoices will include a 15% Buyer's Premium, calculated on the bidder's total successful bids.

By participating in the auction, bidders agree to promptly pay all invoices in full according to the stated payment terms.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTED PAYMENTS

By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to the auction's payment terms and agrees not to initiate an improper or unauthorized chargeback on credit or debit card purchases.


4. PICK-UP & SHIPPINGPick-up and load-out dates, times, and locations are clearly stated in each individual auction listing.

It is the bidder's responsibility to review this information BEFORE bidding.PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

Bidders are solely responsible for safely loading and removing their purchases from the sale site.HGWTllc does not provide straps, dollies, carts, tools, manpower, or loading assistance of any kind.

Please bring everything necessary to safely remove your purchases.

Once an item has been purchased, it is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that all purchased items are accounted for and in their possession before leaving the sale site.

HGWTllc is not responsible for items left behind or forgotten by the bidder.We are only available for pick-up during the specific dates and time slots advertised in the auction listing.

THERE ARE NO ALTERNATE PICK-UP DAYS OR TIMES. Failure to pick up purchased items during the designated pick-up period will result in forfeiture of the items to the estate or seller, without refund, subject to applicable law and the terms of the sale.

Shipping availability and arrangements, when offered, are handled separately and are subject to the individual auction's shipping terms.

5. BREACH OF TERMS & DEFAUL

TIf a bidder breaches, violates, or defaults on any portion of these Terms & Conditions, the bidder agrees to be responsible for all charges, costs, and expenses incurred by HGWTllc as a result of the breach or default.

These expenses may include, but are not limited to:Reasonable attorney's fees and legal expenses, where permitted by law.Costs and deficiencies resulting from the resale of items or property.

Additional auction commissions.Re-marketing, handling, and other reasonable expenses associated with resolving the default.Any additional amounts owed as a result of a bidder's breach or failure to fulfill their purchasing obligations shall be due and payable as permitted by applicable law.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering for and participating in any auction conducted by Have Gavel Will Travel, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional terms specific to an individual auction.

This is an online-only auction featuring items from estates throughout the St. Louis area. All items are sold AS IS, AS RECEIVED, with no warranties or guarantees. CLOSING DATE AND TIME This auction features a soft close beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 16th with one lot closing every 13 seconds. PICK UP Pick-up date and time: Wednesday, November 18th | Noon � 6:00 PM Pick-up location:1 Hawks Nest Plaza, St. Charles, MO 63303. Please plan to pick up your purchases during the designated pick-up hours. There are no alternate times. BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all successful bids. For invoices totaling less than $1,000, the credit card on file will automatically be charged unless you leave a note in the NOTES TO AUCTIONEER section requesting otherwise. SHIPPING & PAYMENT FOR SHIPPED ITEMS Shipping is handled in-house and our preferred method of payment is PayPal invoicing for your convenience. If you use a different email address for PayPal than the one associated with your purchase, please let us know by responding directly to your invoice. If you are unable to use PayPal, simply reply to your invoice and let us know. We will be happy to arrange an alternative invoicing method. We make every reasonable effort to carefully pack and ship items in-house. However, please understand that we are not a professional shipping company. Purchases involving multiple bulky items, oversized merchandise, or especially fragile items may present additional packing and shipping challenges.
