It has a swing keel. All wood features have been replaced with Mahogany including extra grab bars. It includes a battery, life jackets and paddle, 2 bilge pumps manual and electric, 3 anchors, new halyards. The sails are original but in fair to good shape. It has a 1977 7.5 hp Ted Williams motor (Sears) in good shape with a new impeller in 2014 with gas tank. There are many additional items included. The boat name is Sail La Vie' She has Cushions, Porta Pottie and a utility sink. It's ready to sail! The current owner will take you for a ride at Lake Pleasant if you are seriously interested.
