TERMS: Bidding will take place online at www.hashauctions.com. Bidders will need to provide a valid credit card number upon registration. Winning bidders will be charged a 15% Buyers Premium on winning lots by credit card. A paid invoice will then be emailed to you.
Units sold as complete unit, as is where is. The winning bidders will need to provide a cash clean up deposit to the Storage Facility in the amount of $150.00 per unit in the correct amount. You will have until the close of business Friday to remove & clean out the storage unit completely, in order to receive deposit back. Apple Blossom U-Stor-It Business hours are 9 am to 5 pm. When paying the CASH clean up deposit, a entry code will be issued to the winner bidders, so that you may have access to the storage units until 5:00 pm Friday August 26th. By registering and bidding on an auction buyer agrees not to dispute and credit card charges processed through this site. |

Wednesday afternoon, by 4 pm, Hash Auctions will take and post pictures of the units, after securing them with our locks. By 4:00 pm, bidding then will be opened to all registered bidders. Registration is open now and can take place at any time prior to the auction. Hash Auctions encourages you to register early, if this is your first time using our online bidding platform.
