We verify certificates ON SITE (on smart phone) at the State Board of Equalization website !!!! Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law. Please....... Cash, personal checks & Credit cards accepted over $75 ((under $75 there is a $2 service fee)) EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" & "HOW IS" .......and that's how we sell it. There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying. Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason. Once it leaves the house, it does not come back !! NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! WELCOME FRIENDS & SHOPPERS !!! This week's estate sale is in Seal Beach and features some unique and beautiful items. First, we will be having a nice selection of fine jewelry to choose from. Some antique and period jewelry. 10k to 14k. Cameos, diamonds, jade, coral, opal, portrait miniatures, gemstones. Rings, bracelets, necklaces....... We will have a nice selection of Sterling items by S. Kirk. Home is decorated with Japanese decor and features many wonderful items from artwork to figurines. Need a unique storage shed or outside office ?? Check out the cool vintage wood Quonset Hut in the backyard. It measures 12 feet 4" long x 12 feet 4" wide x 91" high inside. In good condition, has stained glass windows, needs a new door, and can be disassembled fairly easily. It' from the 60's and was used as an office. |
