Coming from the Lake Jackson area, go through the Wild Peach area, when you get to the intersection of CR 522 and FM 1459, you can either continue straight ahead, on CR 359, which will T into FM 524, where you'll take a left,(South), on FM 524. You'll turn onto CR 321 in a couple miles, to the right, we'll have our signs out. Coming from the Angleton area, stay on Highway 35 to FM 1459, take a left, go to the four way stop light at CR 359, and take a right. OR, you can go to CR 332,(Ashley Wilson Rd.), take a right onto FM 524, go a couple miles to CR 321, take a left. After you get onto CR 321, the driveway is only about 1/4 mile, on the left, just past the cute little country church. The driveway to the home has an iron wagon wheel on either side of the driveway.

The driveway is VERY narrow ! Please park out on 321, and walk in, just use the driveway for picking up your purchases. Please, please, please. There is NOT a good place to turn around, once you're in the lane, and the homeowner will not be happy with a lot of needless ruts......neither will I. The driveway is shared with another homeowner, do NOT drive to their house, please ! We're going to have their driveway taped off.

The homeowner has requested that there be NO children in the sale area during the sale. Please abide by their wishes. The sign-up sheet will be out by 8:00 on Friday morning, we'll begin calling the first names in around 8:45.
