Listing Information

Moving on to Thursday….all I can say is WOW!

736 Blackmer Circle Sacramento 95825

One day sale and all must go!
Thursday February 7th from 9am-6pm
half price from 3-5pm boxlot 5-6
Free items in garage after 6pm Thursday

Bio of owner:

Over two decades ago a retired widower purchased this charming Blackmer Circle home and resided here until a few months before his death last year.

A true “gentleman and scholar,”  he led an interesting life, emigrating from Cyprus to the U.S. as a young adult.  After college he began his career as a high school teacher, then spent some years in business in Spain.   Returning to the U.S. with his wife and children, he was employed as an ALRB officer for the State of California for many years and became active in civic and cultural affairs.

With his Mediterranean background, his years in Spain, his travels throughout the world (Europe, Brazil, the Far East), and his wide variety of interests (gourmet cooking, reading, music, fine art, gardening) , this
citizen of the world created a home that was filled not only with fine furniture and unusual accessories but with unique charm and good taste.
Lovingly penned by friend Ann

This home was owned and lived in as well as loved, by a very elderly man from Greece…who had a small collection of delightful antiques and collectibles. The bedroom set is one in a million and most likely was designed in France over 100 years ago. See the photos to believe it. We will have the usual household goods, appliances, some mid century modern furniture, nice art, linens, bits of electronics and some music to boot.
