Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards. As of September 1^st, 2016 we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·         Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm. 

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·         Saturday we will be at 30% Off most items.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Please do not park on the grass.

·        Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one, two or more of them please bring them back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

·        Ampersand Estate Sales is looking for one or two energetic & bright individuals to join the Ampersand team. You must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. If you are interested please come see Brad, Monica, Meg or Don at our sale this weekend.

·        We now have a working relationships with the following moving companies to transport and deliver items you buy from us to your home or business when the piece you bought is just too big or bulky for your own car:

Directions for our estate sale in Highland Park this weekend:

From Skokie Highway/US41 & Park Avenue West in Highland Park, IL.

Go west on Park Avenue West 1220.

Turn right into the condo lot our building is on the farthest west.

Parking is in the visitor lot located at the west side of the building. Look for one of our employees to guide you into the building.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
