All items sold as is where is with no guarantees of any kind. We offer preview of all items on sale day from noon till start time. We accept cash, good checks with drivers license. If unknown to us, we require bank letter of credit stating you are in good standing, we accept all debit and credit cards except American Express. We charge a 10% buyers premium if paid by cash or check. 13% if you pay by credit or debit cards. 7% sales tax unless dealer and you must provide copy of your resale tax certificate. Please have small children with you at all times during the auction.
