We are a full service Estate Sale company. We come in, sort through everything, present an inventory along with an auction estimate appraisal. We perform the sale set-up, price every item, host the sale, and give you the cash. We perform the sale for a 15% commission. We do charge more IF the family has gone through and thrown away what they THINK is trash. Let us sort the treasures from the trash. We have found several items in trash bags that we have later sold for thousand dollars!
Our owner has over 40+ years experience in the antique and auction business. He was a buyer for several years for antique stores in Texas; traveling to Europe and sending the treasures home. Steve and his team can take a huge house that has been shut for years, sort out the personal items, clean the house, tag the items, and hold the sale in a matter of a couple of weeks.
