“Gails Estate Sales is a “Godsend"
With the death of my spouse, I became a widow. I needed help selling his estate sale items. I gave Gails Estate Sales a call as I had heard good things about her. We arranged for a consultation at my home. Once we reached an agreement and a time and date was set, I turned things over to Gail and John.
I was in shock how beautifully they arranged every item and it gave the impression of a high-end boutique.
John and Gail exceeded my expectations; they are professionals you can trust and rely on.Their extensive experience in the industry has given them a good understanding of pricing. I ended up making twice as much money as I had anticipated. Regards Lisa

After the unexpected loss of both of of my parents within a two-month period, I was completely overwhelmed and unprepared to deal with the prospect of taking care of all that they had accumulated during their lifetimes and a marriage that lasted for over 73 years. I knew of Gail's Estate Sales by reputation and when friends encouraged me to reach out to her, I did. It was the BEST decision I ever made. Gail assured me that her team would take care of everything and that's exactly what they did. Carrie and John were brilliant! They were not only skilled, experienced, dedicated, hardworking professionals, they handled each step of the process with the greatest care, sensitivity, and respect. By the time they had finished the house looked like a high-end shop/boutique, which I'm certain undoubtedly contributed to the success of the sale. As promised, at the end of the process, I received an empty and clean house, ready to place on the market. Gail and her team delivered on each and every commitment and exceeded my expectations in EVERY possible way. I can't say enough about how grateful I am or how much I appreciate the tremendous weight they took off my shoulders at such an unspeakably difficult time. I could NEVER have accomplished this task alone and thanks to them, I didn't have to. Thank you, Gail, Carrie, John, and all the rest of the team that made this possible.

Gail, John & Carrie were absolutely terrific!! They took care of everything from start to finish and did a terrific job! I can't say enough great things about them. They managed my Uncle's Estate Sale and are truly a Godsend. I don't live in the area and their expertise and hard work truly was a wonderful experience for me!

Gail handled everything professionally and everything in my mother's home was beautifully staged at the time of the sale. This was our first experience using an estate sale company. Gail was recommended by a friend in the area. Once we decided to sell the home my wife and I started the huge task of trying to get the home ready to put on the market. My sister lived in the house for over 15 years and had accumulated more stuff than we could ever have imaged. We soon realized that we could not get the house in a condition to sell by ourselves. We hired Gail's company and over the next three weeks she turned the home into a retail showplace. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. We recommend doing yourself a favor and let the the professionals handle your estate sale and preparation to sell your home.

The family could not be more pleased with hiring Gail and her team to conduct the estate sale for my in-law's home. They were punctual to every meeting, organized the sale *Beautifully* and did a great job in pricing things and getting a good payout. They left the place spic and span when they were done. We were stunned when we saw how professionally everything was marketed. Five stars for Gail!

My father recently moved into a Senior facility and they recommended Gail's Estate Sales with regard. Gail came and looked at my father's home and was a little astonished at how much stuff my father had acquired over the years. She took the job but it was so big she had to do the sale over two weedends. Gail and her partner John did an incredible job organizing and staging the home. They cleaned the house and many of the items before hand. I was amazed at how well organized and professional Gail and her crew were, they make it look so easy. There was no way my family could have done this job, we really appreciate all her efforts.

Gail's Estate Sales is always FIRST on my list when go to any other place. The people are friendly, happy to help, the items are priced right,they offer a handy basket while shopping for small items. The signs she puts out are readable,with large print.

I had to sell my home in Sun City, Ca and after going to many estate sales in Menifee and Sun City and knowing how neat and clean all of Gail's sales are, I knew she was the one to talk to. She did a wonderful job setting up, displaying the merchandise and getting good prices for things. I received prompt payment for my share and would recommend her to do an estate sale to anyone. Gail’s estate sales is in an elite category of their own, I was in need of an estate business to handle my mother’s estate, upon interviewing several business and visiting their estate events there was no question that Gail’s Estate is the best in its league. Gail and her team were impeccable in the way they stage all the inventory and presented themselves during the event. I was so impressed on how much was sold during the entire scheduled estate event. Gail certainly knows how to advertise and get buyers to the sales.
Gail’s Estate Sales is definitely a five star business and I would recommend her to everyone.

After following Gail's Estate Sales for over 2 1/2 yrs now, there is just nothing that compares to her staging or pricing. She is extremely ultracareful with the homeowners items. She is attentive to her customers and always greets them by name. If not the first time you visit count on it the second time. Thanks for furnishing a good part of my home, Gail.

Never having downsized, I had a lot of stuff to sell. This couple came in , took over and did a brilliant job! Everything was displayed beautifully! And everything was gone at the last day of the sale. I would highly recommend Gayle’s Estates Sale! She is amazing! And very, very friendly!

Gail knows her stuff! Everything is clean and well laid out in the rooms. The preview of items for sale she sends is so very helpful. My husband and I will NEVER go to a garage sale again. We went to another company's sale, and the items were thrown into piles and dirty ... will stick with Gail's from now on! We have found several great deals

We will definitely recommend Gails Estate Sales to anyone who finds themselves in need of one like we did! We had a complicated situation with our HOA and a gated community and Gail was the only one willing to work with our tight schedule and limited time during the day of the sale. They came in and did their best to sell as much as they could within the short time (1 day) that they had. She was professional and honest up front about the need for more days but was willing to do the sale anyway and do whatever they could do to make it work! Thank you so much Gail!

Gail's is the only estate sale I go to. This is because all other sales are at the least inferior in every way. Every item is clean and neatly laid out in a professional manner. Her prices are not only reasonable, but in some cases for below others in the same field. Should a customer be lucky enough to find items still available on last day of the sale, they have been reduced to a fantastic clearance price.

Gail and her staff do an exceptional job of organizing, pricing, cleaning, and arranging all of the items for sale. The amount of time and true attention to detail she exhibits makes it so much more enjoyable to attend one of her estate sales as opposed to the many other's I've been to. Her prices are VERY FAIR, also! If I ever personally had the need for her services, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Gail's Estate Sales--they are THAT good at what they do.
