BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid. The combination of the high bid and buyer's premium will be the total purchase price. If you bid $1000.00 at checkout you will be charged $1100.00.

Financing: Terms for this auction are cash. The seller is offering no other terms or contingencies. Therefore the buyer may NOT purchase this business and equipment subject to loan approval.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Wire Transfer, cashier’s check or cash.

Dynamic Closing: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the asset's closing time.

Possession: The winning bidder/buyer agrees to produce the total purchase price for the auction by the end of day of the following business day from which the bidding ends. On the same day, the winning bidder also agrees to sign the lease with the current building owner at 7800 West 63rd Street; Overland Park, Kansas 66202, and take possession of the ongoing lease effective November 1st 2016.

Backup Bids: In the rare event that the winning bidder is unable to close on this transaction, we do accept backup bids. If you are not the winning bidder and would like to make a backup bid. Please call our office for the necessary paperwork.
