This hand carved antique fish is amazing! The consignor states it once hung above a fish market in Ireland. The piece is painted gold on one side, the scales and eye are hand carved. It is a remarkable piece.

This gorgeous fireplace cover appears to have been modified at some point. The cover is very heavy and may be wrought iron. From the look of the piece, it was welded to a frame of sorts at some later date. The weld is good and the frame is in excellent condition. This leads us to believe it was done by a skilled craftsman possibly for use in a smaller fireplace.

We’re also featuring an antique trunk that is superb and a beautiful hand carved fish that, rumor has it, hung outside a fish shop in Ireland I the early 1900’s.

Pick up will be at our Beaver Falls location on November 5. We’re sure there’s a joke in there somewhere about pick up in a former bank on Guy Fawkes day. As always, do not bid if you don’t intend on picking up your items.

From the look of the piece, it was welded to a frame of sorts at some later date. The weld is good and the frame is in excellent condition.
