They will contact us and we will transport items to them to ship. . Everything sells as-is and all sales are final. Online Only Designer Furniture and Household Items Auction! Auction will begin on Friday October 14th at 6PM and End on October 23rd at 6PM! Preview Wednesday October 19th Noon-2PM at 2680 Vienna Estate Drive, Dayton Ohio 45459 Auction will be pickup only! We do not ship furniture. Shipping for smaller items may be arranges with The Packaging Store in Dayton Ohio. We strongly reccomend getting shipping estimate before bidding! Preview of items upon request. Call Mark at 937-847-8300 to schedule preview. Pick up will be on Friday October 28th from 2Pm-7PM and by Appointment Only on October 31st During the Day. Items will be picked up at 2680 Vienna Estates Drive in Dayton Ohio.

A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged for all purchases. Sales Tax will be charged to Ohio buyers unless sales tax ID provided.
All sales are final and everything is sold as-is! Please use images or arrange preview to verify condition!

Furniture packing and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that picking it up is the best option. We do not ship furniture at this time.
If Items are not picked up or shipping has not been arranged within 30 days of items selling, they will be re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing and storage fees.
