• Sign up for numbers will be available using our contact us link to the left from the time the sale is listed thru 6pm Thursday evening prior to the sale.   Please provide the first name and last initial for each number you request in the comments section. One number per person- this includes children. We will email you back with the number, if you have not heard from us by Thursday evening, check your spam/junk folder. If you miss the email window, the sign up sheet is available by 8:30 am the Friday morning of the sale, at the sale. Sale is open to the public, a number is not required, just recommended on the first day during the first few hours of a sale.

• Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting.

• Payment: We accept Cash, Credit and Debit.  Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.

• All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we OPEN, we do not sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we do not "hold" items until you arrive. As a matter of policy, we do not discuss pricing over the phone or via email, unless you're observant and notice a price tag in a photo, please come directly to the sale.

• Large Purchases: The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are always the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed.  All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made in writing by the business owner.

• Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times.

• You break, you buy.

• You are entering all our sales at your own risk, The Great Estate is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims and we reserve the right to limit entry when deemed necessary.

• No public restrooms.
