Cash is always preferred however Credit cards will be accepted with $100.00 minimum purchase and you must have a valid ID. We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. If you do not have a copy for us you will be charged sales tax. Watch your children and keep them close to you. No large handbags/bags or large purses We Can Not Help Load or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not have the time to pack your items for you. Please Bring your smile and have fun shopping with us. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are Final. We are Not responsible for accidents so please Be careful while shopping. We do not give out prices before the sale. Do not block driveways or mail boxes. Be courteous and respectful to fellow shoppers and our team. We always reserve the right to limit the number of people in at any time. This is an Estate Sale managed by a professional company. Lovely Full House Estate Sale in Wylie-DFW Elite Estate Sales
We have been prepping and setting up in the lovely and serene neighborhood of Wylie, TX and we hope to see you all there! Our wonderful client is moving out of state and has hired us to sell everything in her home which is packed with many treasures that are sure to please! This is an incredible sale with tons of home furnishings, household goods decorative items and so much more!

Days & Hours of Operation: Friday October 28th 10-4pm Saturday October 29th 9-3pm Location: City of Wylie (bordering city of Rowlett) (full address will be posted the day before the sale) Please Note: Due to strict city rules, signs will be very limited so you will need to rely on your GPS.
