All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

This is a beautiful historical Victorian estate with an amazing collection of traditional and antique art, furniture and collectibles. This estate is overflowing with great items!
This estate is not like our usual sales. This estate is an eclectic mix for the collector at heart.
The furniture includes, but is not limited to, sofas, multiple dressers, a large extendable black wood dining set, a hide away desk, multiple display cabinets, multiple accent chairs, multiple desks, multiple book shelves, multiple accent tables, mirrors, multiple fringe lamps, multiple outdoor furniture items, multiple coffee tables, multiple handmade rugs, a 3 bed Children’s bunkbed, multiple iron bed frames, an antique Singer sewing machine table, a pine wood sleigh bed with matching side table and dresser, multiple children’s furniture items, and more.
There are so many decorative items. There are art items, picture frames of all shapes and sizes, limited edition and original Tinkerbell art, vintage and antique crystal items, candles, vintage and antique porcelain items, religious items, Bibles, a Crate and Barrel white dish set, wall clocks, and so many little decorative signs and odds and ends.

Also, please remember there are no hand bags allowed into the sale. Please bring your own boxes. Please plan accordingly. Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The security guard will be happy to help you.
