Prebidding prior to the auction is available on this listing. The order of the auction has now been set. Bidding will conclude at 10 am on Saturday, Nov. 5. The firearms preview commences at 11 am in the auction gallery and ends at 1 pm, whereupon the live auction will begin. Absentee left-bids may also be made during the preview for persons unable to attend the auction. Guns purchased by out- of-state buyers must be shipped to an FFL dealer. Maryland prohibts the sale of magazines with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds except to FFL dealers. High capacity magazines, however, may be modified by the gun shop to become compliant with state law. All handguns sold to non-dealers will be delivered to GiGi's Gun Shop for the required paperwork. And waiting period and other requirements are necessary before a buyer can take possession. Long guns are likewise delivered to the gun shop and are released to buyers upon approved instant checks. Succesful bidders who are FFL dealers may take possession of any firearm. Person holding the Curio & relic license (C&R) may take immediate possession of any rifle or shotgun (no handguns) made before 1966. We must have a signed copy of the C&R license before release. The C&R wallet card is not accepted. Buyers of antique firearms (made before 1899) or reproductions of antiques may take possession at the auction house immediately after making payment without a background check or added fee.
