The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability. Prices are firm Monday. 25% discount on Tuesday morning and 50% discount Tuesday afternoon. An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on any item! Large items can be picked up at the end of each day by appointment. Please bring help to load large items. All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted. |

There is not a lot of furniture here, but boy are the small items of high quality! This is a nice, neat clean home with great collectibles and a little something for everyone! From Asian home decor to an AMAZING doll house with extensive doll house miniatures (being sold separately with boxes and COAs, Havilland china set, mid century silver rimmed glasses, Christmas decor, tools and more! As always, we do pre-sell furniture so please contact us at 352-205=6632 if there is a furniture item you are interested in. Due to the large quantity of small items, we are unable to provide pricing on these items, nor do we pre-sell them.
