Please understand we can not respond to calls, e-mails, texts, etc about merchandise and/or prices. The sales are conducted on site. Cash preferred - $100 tax min for CC - no checks, ever. All sales final – merchandise is offered “as is, where it is”. This sale has a lot of furniture. Please be prepared to remove and transport your purchases on the day of the sale. We do NOT provide porters or delivery services. We are not responsible for accidents. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes in the neighborhood. We will not distribute tickets for this sale. Parking is on the road and it’s a little walk along the driveway to the house. You might feel like you have been here before, but NO, it was the house next door! We are happy to be the neighborhood choice for estate sales!

For our crafters … BE THERE FIRST! We have a great supply of finer quality silk flowers, baskets and Hager containers – lots of poinsettias and Christmas silks, yarn and crewel supplies, vintage bedspreads and linens, doilies. It’s a one day sale and it’s all got to GO ! |
