Please note that due to PROBATE issues the original start date for this event has changed to 12/21.  Our apologies for placing photos before we staged the home.  There is a TON of "smalls" here, and it's pretty cluttered right now, but we will have it neat and organized by sale day.  TRAINS - TRAINS - TRAINS.  This guy was quite the enthusiast.  There are dozens and dozens of new and vintage trains and related items, mostly Lionel, but this STONECREST home is not all trains. There is some really nice furniture here; a nice mid-century 5-pc queen bedroom suite with a queen-sized wireless remote control bed with memory foam mattress, One bedroom has a nearly new Murphy-Bed built into a removable white wall unit that looks like it has never been used.  There is a key-wind grandfather clock, and a real nice late-model 48-volt Club Car Golf Cart with lots of add-ons, like heater, ventilator, CD player, and a full Curtis fiberglass enclosure.  We are uncovering lots and lots more great finds, both current and vintage as we prepare to stage.  We will also have a lot of garage items.  Something for EVERYBODY here.  Lots of great CHRISTMAS gift items.  This will only be a TWO-DAY Sale, so we will do regular pricing and best offers on the first day and 50% off on the second and final day.  Don't miss this one!
