Innovative Auctions does not handle shipping of items sold. All buyers will need to contact The Packaging Store to arrange shipping at the following number 937-436-3776. They will contact us and we will transport items to them to ship. Everything sells as-is and all sales are final. When paying with credit card, a 15% buyer’s premium will be applied to purchase price. The rest of terms are in auction listing.

Online Only Condo Liquidation Auction! Bidding will Start on December 12th, 2016 and end on December 26th Starting at 6PM. Removal will be on December 30th from 2-6PM at 79 Sunflower Place, Tipp City Ohio 45371! Removal will be on December 30th from 10-2PM! Condo has to be emptied end of the day on the 30th! If another time that day is needed you will have to contact Mark at 937-847-8300! Anything large not removed on the 30th will be removed to auction facility to be re-sold by auction company or disposed of properly. Smaller items that need to be shipped will be taken to packaging store on the 30th. More Information and Images will be Posted as Event Nears! If you have interest in previewing items or general questions please contact us at 937-847-8300! A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged for all purchases. Applicable tax will be applied to all Ohio buyers.
All sales are final and everything is sold as-is! Please use images or arrange preview to verify condition!

They may pick up furniture. Call them to ask.

Furniture packing and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that picking it up is the best option. We do not ship furniture at this time.
Items that are not picked up or have not had shipping arranged by removal date noted above will be re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing and storage fees.
