Fabulous Finds in Pinewood Knolls of Franktown Estate Sale The Denver Central Office of Caring Transitions is hosting their last estate sale of 2016 in Franktown. Approximately 1 mile South past the Parker/Rt 86 intersection, 4 miles up Russellville road, and 3 miles to the left in Pinewood Knolls sits a beautiful Colorado Mountain home on a gorgeous property that embodies all that Colorado living offers. Everything for sale is gently or hardly used and in fine condition. There are 3 complete bedroom sets. Two feature full beds with mattresses in Rattan, one in brown, the other white. The master bedroom set boasts a queen bed in a timeless style. All the furniture is Ethan Allen, Drexel, Henry Link, Pennsylvania House, Pier One Imports and Creative Ideas from California. There’s also a never used signed, silk carpet from Iran and a Klipsch sound system. The garage is also spotless but full of a wide variety of tools and yard equipment.
