It is not necessary for the winning bidder to be present at the estate sale when this online auction ends, but they are expected to make payment for their item as soon as auction ends by phone using a debit card.
If the winning bidder is present at the estate sale when the auction ends they may pay by cash or debit card. No checks or credit cards will be accepted. The second highest bidder will become the winning bidder if the highest bidder defaults, and so on, and so on. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items sold in as-is condition without warranty. Local pickup is requested during the estate sale on Friday, but other arrangements may be possible. Call 949-735-9084 during normal business hours to discuss. No one will be available to help you load, and you must remove your items without causing any damage to home and property. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the sale premises. |
