This estate sale has lots of very nice antiques, collectibles, furniture and even tools! There is sterling, gemstones, military memorabilia, stamps and more!
The only challenge is that because it is in a gated community, we have to leave names at the gate, so you MUST CALL OR EMAIL ME TO LEAVE YOUR NAME AT THE GATE TO GET IN. SO, its kind of by APPOINTMENT ONLY, but really just to leave your name to get in.
I prefer that you email me with a timeslot. I just need your name for the gate. You can bring as many people as you want,.
I am only allowed 8 people per hour, and the available times are 9a - 3p. You must set your appointment at least 1 hour before you plan to arrive (Not my rules, SORRY).
Residents of the Colony can stop by anytime, it is just the general public that needs to set the appointments so that I can leave names at the gate.
This may sound like a challenge, but there really is lots of good stuff here to see! Here are some pictures. I will post more as I can.
I will be removing photos each night as items sell. This is an ongoing sale for at least a week. We may shorten it if we sell out, but I need that amount of time to get buyers through, so it is not your typical weekend sale.
