This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Date and Time: Sunday, January 15th, 9 am - 4 pm One Day Only!
Description: We are having a great one day estate sale in the Hollywood Hills. This modern estate is absolutely stunning and immaculate! This estate is filled with modern contemporary designer items.
The furniture includes 4 West Elm Everett armchairs, multiple Majestic Home bean bag chairs for both indoor and outdoor, a modern designer extendable dining table with 6 leather and chrome Tisettanta Halifax chairs, a queen bed, a king bed, an acrylic side table on wheels, a modern glass topped console table/desk w/ bungee chair, a leather ottoman, an outdoor Plantation Patterns Café Table w/ 2 chairs, side tables, an Alen air filter, multiple lamps, and more.
There is a gym complete with a Precor elliptical machine, a sit-up bench, and free weights.
There are also a number of baby and children furniture items. These items include a Nursery Works crib, a Nursery Works changing table, two other cribs and changing tables, a children’s table with two chairs, a twin bed, a Bloom Fresco modern chrome and black baby high chair, storage cabinets, a play sand pit, and more.
There are a number of baby and children’s designer clothing items, bedding items, and toys. All immaculate!
Further, the house has multiple flat screen televisions of various sizes. There are also multiple entertainment system items and other electronics.
There is a small amount of women’s clothing (size small), shoes (size 8.5-9.5), handbags and jewelry items.
There are some men’s shoes as well.
The house has a minimal amount of kitchen items, DVDs, designer bedding, and other household items.
Last, but not least, there is a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette! This is a fun car!
Also, please remember there are no hand bags allowed into the sale. Please bring your own boxes. Please plan accordingly.
Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The security guard will be happy to help you.
