Hello friends, Welcome to another Spectacular Grasons Co. Elite 3 Day Estate Sale. In this house we have a variety of amazing items. Such as Schnadig sectional sofa, J & T designs sofa. Day/ trundle bed. Dutailier white rocking chair. Folding wood poker table. set of 300 year old Spanish colonial chairs as well as a Spanish colonial bench. African ceremonial drum. Lauren model guitar. Lots of art work scattered through out the house. Lots of clothes with a variety of different styles. Coach purses. Scandia down comforter. Computer equipment. Monitors, office chairs, printers, stereo equipment and much more. A variety of standing and table lamps. The kitchen offers a big selection including glasses, utensils, appliances, pots and pans, cook ware and plenty more. Mikasa items. Big garage at this sale full of items. We have wet suits for surfing, golfer pal automatic folding golf trolley, a Schwann and nishiki bike. Samsonite luggage, fans, workout equipment, filing cabinet, mini wine fridge, husky power washer, mobility scooter, multiple skate and long boards. Board games. We have a ton of books as well. A pair of LG washer and dryers and a maytag dryer. Backyard items include lawn furniture, wood tables, Kirkland standing heater, wood benches and chairs, lots of potted plants and gardening tools. Hobie surf board. We have a Samsung 26' television as well. Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale. Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored.
