All items are sold in a used / as is condition with no exception. There are no returns accepted. Please drive slowly, to keep neighborhood peacocks safe. Also, be sure to respect the neighbors in this lovely gated community (gate access code provided in listing below) and don't block driveways. Please bring boxes, a truck and any other items or carrying help that will help you for picking up large items. No information or prices will be given out over the phone as prices are subject to change during a sale. If you are interested in any items please be present at the Sale. All items must be picked up one hour prior to the close of Sale. We will not hold items unless they are paid in full. No item is held for any reason other than the item has been paid for. |
