Sign up sheet is available Thursday afternoon: first 25 customers are allowed in when doors open. Gated communities; sign in sheet available day of sale Additional customers are allowed in as people leave. We do not allow large bags or purses into the home. Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist in moving or carrying items. We are NOT responsible or accidents or injury while in/on the premise. We accept checks, cash, credit cards over $50 NO DEBIT CARDS ALL sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges. |

This one is FUN! The lady who lives here is an accomplished artist, and her home reflects her passion for color. Lots of handpainted items, bookcases, trays, decor, kitchen, etc. If you entertain, this is for you. If you like to relax on your lanai or pool, we have the furniture. Lots of great area rugs, linens. Full bed, two twin beds. Bakers rack, sleeper sofa. NO LARGE BAGS OR PURSES - We are enforcing this policy - either leave your large bag at home, in the car or be prepared to check it at the desk -- a few spoiled it for all... Don't miss this one, you won't be disappointed! |
