This sale is going to be conducted in a gated and very prestigious community. Very fine furnishings and decor are in abundance in this expansive home. Please note the first day of this sale will be conducted on Friday night, and reopen again on Saturday at 10:00am. We are having to do this for several reasons. Hors d oeuvres will be served Friday evening in a more formal atmosphere.

Do not get us wrong, this is a full estate sale. Everything will be available for purchase on both Friday night and Saturday all day. This will be a very fine sale, with high end jewelry, fine furnishings and decor and many other noteworthy items.

The entire residence will be open to everyone, however, due to HOA regulations, we will not be allowed any signs at all on Friday. On Saturday, please look for realtor "open house" signs to guide you to the residence. Our regular yellow estate sale signs will not be out. Please enter off of the far north E Pointe Golf Club Drive entrance. Your GPS will try and take you through the lower gate and onto Roberts St.  Do not follow these GPS directions, they are wrong. There will be an employee at the north gate to let you into the community. You may park anywhere on N 16th street. There is NO parking on Redfield Rd at all. It is a very short walk to the residence (one house) from 16th street.

Please follow these directions to locate the proper gate:

From Thunderbird Rd, turn north onto N Pointe Golf club drive. Follow to 3 way stop at Hearn. Go through the stop sign and continue on N Pointe Golf Drive. Turn right onto 16th street. The gate will be manned beginning at 4:45pm to allow you entrance into the community.  if you arrive at an unmanned gate, you are at the wrong entrance.
