We are having a great estate sale is Woodland Hills this weekend.  There is something for everyone!  So many great designer items!

The furniture is all immaculate and stunning!  The furniture includes a beautiful traditional dark wood dining table with 4 extending leaves and 12 dining chairs with cane and leather accents, an antique Waldo Fernandez wood oval coffee table with brass casters, 2 Waldo Fernandez upholstered armchairs, a Blackman Cruz mirror, a modern hi-gloss white extendable coffee table with chrome accents and 6 leather and chrome Tisettanta Italian chairs, 2 Mid-Century accent chairs with a great classic Mid-Century shape, a Waldo Fernandez Asian Style round dark wood coffee table, a tall dark wood floor lamp with a beautiful lampshade, 2 Crate and Barrel slip cover accent chairs, a modern designer suede and linen sleeper sofa, 2 Mid-Century accent chairs with silk seats, a Mid-Century entry table, a modern square HD Buttercup accent or side table, an American Leather cube ottoman, a Mid-Century desk with chair,  accent lamps, accent mirrors, and more.

There are also a number of handmade designer rugs.  There is a great Restoration Hardware Sisal rug, a red shag rug, and many others.

The house is overflowing with original art items by a large variety of artists.  Some really great pieces!

There are also some great stereo items.  These items include a pair of JBL M2 speakers, an MR88 McIntosh tuner, a vintage Lafayette receiver, a pair of Crown power amps, and a 100+ CD Changer/Player.

The house is complete with books, electronics, a Beta Max player, camping gear, longboard skateboards, Pottery Barn table linens, skis, vinyl records, professional printers, computer screens, lanterns, kitchen items, picture frames, DVDs, children’s toys, a flat screen TV, Flat screen TV wall mounts, plants in terra cotta pots, dishwashers, a small refrigerator, and many other household items.  So many great items!

There is also a great and huge collection of women’s designer clothing, shoes, and handbags.  The designers include, but are not limited to Chanel, Hermes, Ralph Lauren, Theory, James Perse, Wolford, and so many more!

The women’s clothing sizes range from XS-M and the shoe size is 8-9.
