We have another great sale for you this week in the Temeku Hills area of Temecula.  Owner moved in with her daughter so everything has to go! This house is packed out with lots of beautiful items.  Overall theme is a bit of the Victorian era but there are lots of other items as well!  Here is a brief breakdown of what you can expect, but as usual, nowhere near everything!

Sitting Room

This room has beautiful Victorian themed chairs, settee, rugs, lamps, vintage end tables, coffee table, over a dozen of Maxfield Parrish and R. Atkinson Fox artwork, needlepoint tapestries, lots of misc. Home décor and more!

Living Room:

Living Room has more vintage lamps, carved bookcases, wall mirrors, bronze sculptures, vintage jewelry boxes, LOTS of costume and some sterling silver jewelry.  There are two laptops, an IPAD, vintage chairs and more!

Dining Room:

There is a nice oak dining room table with a table leaf, 4 vintage chairs, vintage artwork, end tables, lots of kitchen items, pyrex, corningware and more!

Kitchen:

Kitchen is packed with dozens of small appliances, china sets, misc. kitchen items, nice kitchen table with barley twist chairs, vintage kitchen items, misc. artwork and more!

Sewing Room:

This sewing room was also the designated craft room which is loaded with lots of both!  There is a nice vintage sewing machine, a Kenmore Sewing Machine, (20 Mannequin/dressforms, lots of small craft items, small sewing items, desk, mirrors, vintage coat rack, (2) fur coats, Cute Shabby Chic cabinet, bookcase, lots of hat boxes, area rugs, lots of jewelry display items and more!

Guest Room/Office:

This room has a nice wardrobe, two jewelry armoires, vintage mirrors, (2) vintage coat racks, small shelves, lots of misc. office items, (2) small flat screen tv’s, dvd player, vhs player, (2) cute nightstands and lamps, and more!

Master Bedroom:

This has a beautiful vintage bedroom set that includes a Full headboard/footboard, full mattress set, vintage highboy dresser and matching long dresser with mirror and nightstand.  All pieces are priced separately.  Owner paid over $4000 for this set 3 years ago.  It is beautiful!  There are also lots of linens, doilies, tablecloths, comforter sets, decorative pillows, women’s clothes size XL-2X and shoes size 6-7 and hundreds of misc. toiletries, many new because owner subscribed to monthly beauty boxes and there is lots to choose from!

Garage:

Garage is loaded with Books, several vintage trunks, some tools, reclining loveseat, vintage dresser, dollhouse, misc. holiday décor, small desk and other small furniture, camping gear and more!

(2) Outdoor Patios:

The outdoor area wraps around to two patios that are packed with items that we simply could not fit in the house.  There is a nice kitchen set, recliner, some end tables, wardrobe dresser, lots of dvd’s, vhs tables, sheet music along with your outdoor items, misc. yard décor, patio tables, fire pit, outdoor fountains, (4) heavy park benches and more!

There truly is something here for everyone!
