All items sold as is. No returns or exchanges. Major credit cards and cash accepted. No checks. Sales Tax will be added at check out. Tax Exempt buyers must leave a copy of certificate. A few boxes available, some packing available. Good idea to bring your own. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Bring help to move and loads. Or arrange with us to come back with help. If you can't find some one to move it, don't buy it. No refunds. All purchases must be removed from the property by the end of the sale or they will be forfeited.
