This house is for sale. (It's sooo nice).  If you are looking for a great house in Henry County and in the Union Grove High School area, this is your house.  Did you know that Union Grove high school receive the silver medal award in the 2017 Americas best high schools, it also made the Washington post most challenging high school. I will have the  realtors  Business card by Thursday afternoon.

 There is a very large collection of Holly Hobbie dolls, plates, mugs, glasses, figurines  porcelain and ceramic.  It really looks like a Hallmark store in the house. Holly Hobbie collectors need to make sure they come to this sale.

DuraHeat Kerosene heater,  Northern industrial 6 inch bench grinder with a lamp,  craftsman scroll saw,  levels, files, pipe wrenches, car ramps, jack stands, Craftsman 2 1/4 ton  floor jack. A contractor shop vac, yard tools, Miller Electric Welder 230 volts, Rockwell Delta 9 inch tilting arbor saw, Rockwell Delta Radial Drill Press,  Craftman 4 inch belt sander, pull behind lawn mower cart.

 There so many items in the house :

 A Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator I Kenmore washer and dryer a cute breakfast table, pots pans, dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils galore !  Bakers rack lots of cookbooks a large collection of pottery pitchers, old  Drop leaf table,  A cherry secretary hutch,  two couches,  vintage coffee table and end tables, lamps, pictures , upholstered chairs,  A cool vintage stereo cabinet and the stereo works great. 2 sewing cabinets w/sewing machines, the best chest I've ever seen to use as a coffee table,  decorative pillows. Mini floating shelves, several hanging wall shelves  and the prettiest curio cabinet ( unique)

 There is a Oreck XL 21 vacuum cleaner and then the small Oreck hand vacuum cleaner , custom curtains, linens, an apron collection. 4 boxes of 2 1/2 inch  premium faux wood blinds (white)       2( 42" x 64"), 1( 42" x 84"), 1( 36" x 64")  all still in the box.

 Bears at children section in the upstairs bedroom to the left,  and there we have a couple of Barbies still in the box Raggedy Ann some porcelain dolls in the box 1  Elizabeth Taylor doll in the purple dress in the box,   A Fisher Price kitchen caddy, sink, microwave, oven and stove all in one.  A wooden baby doll cradle, children's rocking chairs,  board games, Brand-new beanie babies, Fisher Price plastic dollhouse w /furniture and people. Brown wicker chest Cabinet & 3 drawers,  brand-new box of Lincoln logs,  One baby doll stroller also there's a few antique baby dolls .
