This sale is in the gates community of The Ridge in the area of E Thunderbird Rd and N 18th St. This is a special ONE DAY ONLY SALE, due to time constraints. Use caution, because it is easy to miss the turn off of E Thunderbird Rd. You will be turning north on to N. 18th St. You will go north on N 18th St, turn west on E Larkspur Dr, and veer right through the gates and onto N 17th Pl. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY. The gate will be open at 7am, so it wouldn’t be a good idea to arrive before that time. We will be opening at 8am and staying open late, ‘til 2pm.
