All are welcome to our estate sales. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC). All sales are final, as is, and no refunds. We ask that you take your items with you at time of purchase or make arrangements with us if too large to take immediately. We use a number system on the first morning to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space.

House is approximately 5th on right. **NOTE: This sale is on top of a mountain and has no level access to the front door. The driveway is steep & the home has 2 sets of stairs between 3 home levels. IT IS NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE IN ANY WAY! We ask that if you have difficulty walking up (and down) steep grades, you should stay in your vehicle at street level and send a "shopping friend" to purchase items for you. We will be happy to walk light purchases down to your vehicle and heavier items can be picked up by "your" movers at the top of the driveway.
