Inspection: All Sale or Auction Items listed on this sale may be viewed on the day and during the hours of the Estate Sale prior to the closing of the Auction. Items previously listed in the Online Preview that have been purchased through Buy-It-Now may not be available for viewing on the day and time of the Estate Sale.


Advance Showing and Buy-It-Now is available to our pre-registered Decorator and Professional Clients on the posted date and time unless otherwise noted.


Payment Due: Full payment is due from the buyer at the time of the Buy-It-Now offer or the highest bidder at the time of submission or end of sale.


Payment Methods: Credit or Debit Cards Only (there will be a 3% transaction fee to the buyer on all transactions).
A $50 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid or making a qualified purchase from this Sale and Auction. The $50.00 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by Authorize.net for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $100.00 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids or complete a purchase there will be no charges against your account.




Buyer's Premium: There is NO Buyer's Premium in effect for this Estate Sale or Auction.

Removal: All items must be removed from property no later than 24 hours after the close of sale and/or auction or 5 PM the day following the sale. If items have not been removed from property or written and approved alternate arrangements made, the buyer agrees to the forfeiture and/or donation of his or her purchased item(s).



Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items within the removal terms and conditions. We suggest avoiding immediate forfeiture of any purchased items the Buyer must:
Pick up their Buy-It-Now or Auctions items yourself personally with proper ID and sale documentation.
If the Buyer is unable to pick up their purchase personally, someone other than the Buyer may pick it up for them.
Arrange for a 3rd party vendor such as Haul4Me.com to pick up and deliver or store your purchase temporarily until you are able to receive it.


Credit cards are accepted through our online payment system for an additional 3% convenience fee.


There is no buyer's premium.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default are required to have purchased good removed or picked up from the stated location by the stated day and time and will be subject to immediate forfeiture without notice. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Any arrangements for late pick up of purchased items will only be considered and must be made prior to purchased or bidding. Please make any purchases and bid accordingly.
