This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Description: This is a beautiful estate with an immaculate collection of contemporary furniture and collectables. There is so much!
The furniture includes a number of beautiful and immaculate items from designers such as Room and Board, Crate and Barrel, and Brown Jordan. These items include, but are not limited to, two tufted loveseats, a large upholstered sofa, a studded ottoman, multiple accent chairs, a vintage bar cart, multiple side tables, multiple entertainment centers, mirrors, fire irons, lamps, a dining table with 4 chairs, clocks, a display cabinet with glass doors, multiple bookshelves, bar stools, a modern glass topped desk with chair, three beds of various sizes, side tables, dressers, rugs, an outdoor teak dining set, outdoor teak chairs and side tables, lounge chairs, outdoor modern round chairs, and more.
There are a number of art items, decorative items, designer bedding, kitchen items, coffee table books, DVDs, flat screen smart TVs, outdoor plants, and many other household goods.
There are also a number of men’s clothing items. The men’s clothing is all a size medium.
Everything is in immaculate condition.
There is so much to see!
Also, please remember there are no hand bags allowed into the sale. Please bring your own boxes. Please plan accordingly.
Parking: Please not that there is minimal parking directly in front of the estate. The house is located a couple houses off of Hollywood Blvd. There is plenty of free street parking on Hollywood Blvd. The security guard will be happy to help guide you.
Follow our signs that will be posted along all major intersections.
