Wonderful estate of a long time resident...that's code for "there is a lot of great stuff!"  A beautiful  home... the family travelled everywhere...

Here are just a few of the highlights of the sale: (keep in mind we have taken pictures, but there is more including a packed garage!) 

One of the highlights of the sale is a life size carved wood Quan Yin...something to behold! The family brought brought it  back from one of their many trips to Asia..

Other lovely items include: Carved and gilt Italian mirror, bevelled top marble console/demi-lune, huge carved bevelled entry mirror, bombay Italian chest, inlaid rosewood four-panel screen, Kranich and Bach baby grand piano, pair of black lacquer pedestals, needlepoint rocking chair, organ, gorgeous double wide lighted curio cabinet, china cabinet, coffee table with round marble top, settee, tufted sofa, tufted chair, pair of designer Marbro carved Carrera marble lamps. 

Art, including original oils, listed artists Wm. A. Patty, Eugene Franzen, prints, silk screens. Antique Japanese silk kimonos, cane collection, beautiful French marble and bronze clock and garniture set, Venetian/Murano sconces, and musical instruments including a guitar, ukulele, autoharp, violin, some costume jewelry... 

And if this were not enough, we also have  a small cane collection, an antique butter churn, various footstools, nesting tables, side tables, a flower cart, a lovely country French parquet dinging table with two extensions...Ten dining chairs, a painted tea cart, a rosewood jewelry chest, various floor lamps, a well-loved butcher block, armoires, oversized wing chairs/matching ottomans, a sectional sofa, sideboard, étagère, a very cool retro dining table/chairs.
