POLICY: We can’t accept phone calls about sale related questions as individuals answering phones in the office do not know what is at each sale, if it’s sold, sizes, pricing, etc. The fastest response will be from email questions, as our sale day managers will be monitoring this email account during SALE DAYS ONLY from 10 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. Unfortunately we not able to provide information on specific items before the start of the sale. You will receive a response by email or telephone, during sale day hours until 3:00 p.m local time. E-mails received after 3:00 p.m local time will most likely not receive a response until the following day as the sale is closing. If you need a response sooner, your best bet is to visit the sale and see all the great items in person.
