When paying with check or credit card, a 13% buyer’s premium will be applied to purchase price. A 3% rebate is given for cash only purchase, making the cash buyers premium 10%. Sales tax will apply. Food and refreshments will be available.

Online Only, Miamisburg Home, Tool Auction! The auction will begin on July 23rd at 6PM and start closing on August 6th at 6PM. Pickup will be on August 11th from 3-6PM at 1834 Mellow Drive, Miamisburg, Ohio 45372 No Early Pickups. Items may be picked up at scheduled removal or by appointment only. Items left over 7 days will be resold for storage fees and re-listing fees! Partial Listing:

Innovative Auctions does not handle shipping of items sold. We urge you to call for an estimate ahead of auction closing if you plan on buying items! All buyers will need to contact The UPS Store in Fairborn, Ohio at 937-754-9999 to arrange shipping.
